College & Career Exploration Center and partners recognized at the 22nd annual Indiana Career and Technical Education Award for Excellence ceremony!!

A partnership involving the College & Career Exploration Center, Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation, C 4 Columbus Area Career Connection, Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, the Community Education Coalition, Columbus Regional Hospital , Ivy Tech Community College and the Center for Teaching and Learning was selected to receive the Indiana Career and Technical Education Award for Excellence in the partnership category. Other award categories include Guidance and Career Services, Secondary and Postsecondary Programs, Outstanding Contributors, and individual Secondary and Postsecondary Students. The awards were designed to recognize the benefits of career and technical education to the state of Indiana and its citizens. Award recipients were honored at a luncheon and also recognized by the Indiana Senate.

The Awards for Excellence program is sponsored by the Indiana Commission on Career and Technical Education, Indiana Department of Workforce Development in cooperation with the Indiana Association for Career and Technical Education.
