Brenda Hotopp has worked in career and employment services for over twenty years. She is currently the Director of Career Services at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. In this role for sixteen years, she is responsible for providing leadership and direction for career services throughout ITCC Region 10. Prior to this position, Brenda worked at Workforce Development. Hotopp is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Career Development Professionals of Indiana (CDPI), and serves on the core advisory team for the College and Career Transitions Initiative (CCTI). Brenda is a graduate of Ball State University and has completed credits at Indiana State University towards a

Carol Kostrzewsky is the career counselor at IUPUC. She has worked at IUPUC for five years. In addition to individual career counseling with students, Carol does academic advising, orientation planning and conducts workshops on how to choose a major. Carol teaches a one credit hour course, Career Exploration, at the University. Carol is a member of Career Development Professionals of Indiana (CDPI). Carol received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from George Mason University and a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia. ckostrze@iupuc.edu

Angela McKinney has been with Purdue University College of Technology at Columbus/Southeast Indiana since 1988 and is currently the Student Services Coordinator. A graduate of Indiana University, Anji is a member of the Indiana Association for College Admissions Counseling, Purdue Academic Advising Association, Purdue University Alumni Advisory Council, Career Development Professionals of Indiana (CDPI), and the Indiana Pathways to College Network (IPCN). McKinney serves on numerous local advisory boards, participates on scholarship committees and in educational programs including Cummins, Inc. - Go for the Gold; Columbus Rotary Club; Columbus Regional Hospital Technology in Action Days; IUPUC High School Counselor's Program; and Heritage Fund, The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County.
Anji received the C.W. Coons Distinguished Service Award in 1998.
